Why It Matters
I started in construction during school. Hands-on, learning how houses are actually built. Then while I was studying for my real estate license, an opportunity opened up to work in lending for a stretch. That stretch taught me how the money side of this industry actually moves. Stuff most agents never see. Now when I walk a property with a client, I can point to the bones, the systems, the things people without that background just don't notice. Same goes when we're structuring an offer or reading a loan estimate. You're not paying me to open doors. You're paying me for what I see once we're inside.
When you call, I pick up. That's not a talking point. It's just how I operate.

I was personally invited and flown out to speak on real estate and AI at CES in Las Vegas, because I think the agents who stay curious about where the industry is headed are the ones who actually serve their clients better today.
