I started in construction during school. Hands-on, learning how houses are actually built. Then while I was studying for my real estate license, an opportunity opened up to work in lending for a stretch. That stretch taught me how the money side of this industry actually moves. Stuff most agents never see. Now when I walk a property with a client, I can point to the bones, the systems, the things people without that background just don't notice. Same goes when we're structuring an offer or reading a loan estimate. You're not paying me to open doors. You're paying me for what I see once we're inside.
